here is the first implementation of the newspapers in vice city extended features. this will be available in v0.5

 

peds can also buy newspapers(can be seen on second screenshot) and visible pages are dynamically changing related to actual mission progress of the game.

Hi Vera, I am using my nickname in gtaforums so bibidibabidibu is fine for the credits.  you can send the video whenever is ready. I can add it at the first post of the topic again.

Hi, this problem is sometimes happening. Start new game, dont make save and load game until play party mission. After passing the party then you can make savegame.

if you still facing with this problem please use this savefile

Is there two types of Ranchers? I can only find the Rancher Grand, but Sunshine Autos won't accept that as the Rancher.

Yes there are two ranchers. One is default other is grand rancher. Be patient and continue to search

try to make compatibility mode Windows XP

in version 0.5,

* there will be 4 new police archive sidemissions

* 3 new clothes (army uniform, tied suit, leather jacket)

* open and closed roof for stallion car

* open and closed mask for bank rob mission skin

* active and watcable tv for ocean view hotel

* tommy will wear helmet when riding bike

* two new bcycles(bmx and montain) and one skate (all will have special animations and will be spawned randomly near ocean view hotel)

* mission based active newspapers like gta 4. player can check them after each missions 

* dyamic ferris wheel will be at nearby airport

* 15 new vehicles in traffic

 

but I still need time for stability tests and probably I will release this version end of June

gang war feature has already been added in v0.2 please check screenshots from the topic.
