Found that Secret Police cheetah while playing today, came on to tell yous but you already know  

 

Its not always a cheetah tho, the next time i went it was a Stallion.

i think that it actually is impossible to steal that humvee patriot from the army base. i can never make it out without getting it blown up. is there a way to steal it from the millitary base?

to steal the humvee you can do it easily when you have the police uniform, they dont shoot at you unless you run them over.

hey i dont have the pc version but could someone post all the pics of law enforcement vehicles places that arent in the ps2 version? just want to see whats different.

a good technique of stealing a tank i find is just get in and fire the cannon off as fast as you can while holding reverse. Then turn the cannon around and fire it while going forward. Nothing will stop you.

where do i get a police uniform? o someone said something about a locker room at a police station? i've got a 100% save game so everything is open to me btw.

Police Car

2 at the Police Station in Little Havana.

2 at the Police Station in Washington.

1 at the Police Station in Downtown.

 

FBI Washington

1 in an alley behind Rock City in Downtown. Find it on your map.

 

Rhino

1 at the Fort Baxter Airbase*

 

Hunter

1 at the Fort Baxter Airbase*

1 at the helipad in Ocean Beach, near the Docks.*

 

*depends on completion of different aspects of the game

I KNOW that there is a parked enforcer (SWAT vehicle) on the first island. I think it must be the Police Station in Vice Point or at least the one up north.  I haven't had the game very long at all and have only played for maybe 3 hours or less, so I haven't even gotten off the first island.

 

But I'm POSITIVE the enforcer is parked there at least sometimes because I GOT IN AND DID VIGILANTE MISSIONS IN IT. That's why I remember it being there.
