How to fix Unhandled exception: c0000005 At address: 004db315 error in Gta Vice City?

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, after I complete Supply & Demand mission, game will crash with this error Unhandled exception: c0000005 At address: 004db315, I uninstalled all mods and I and i tried everything to fix it but I still can't fix it.

Install latest version of silent patch and also ddraw component

 

 

try also to set windows 98 compatibility mode in .exe file (but only after installation of silent patch and ddraw component)

 

also if is steam version check this
