Are there still bonuses on collections? I have been going to town on cards, jewelry and coins. Went from rank 23 to 51 in a week just picking up junk and occasionally doing naturalist work. Also wish RDO was a ghost house. My sessions are always full. Would be sweet to get 2X on samples. So close to  rank 15 and the outfit I want.

Yes the bonuses should stay before tomorrow's update.

the bonus week(s) was good for my "portemonnaie". lots of complete sets of jewelries but no luck with coins! for at least 3 or 4 days I collected nearly ALL collectibles spread on the entire map,  but I managed to find only one GOLD QUARTER. jeez luis.

This time of the year has always been somewhat notable for Red Dead Online. It turns three in five days, in 2019 they teased the Moonshiners update on Nov 27, (on RDO's first anniversary coincidentally), a year later they announced RDO standalone and the bounty hunter extension on Nov 24.

 

We should be on the cusp of getting something soon, especially considering HP2 ends tomorrow and they didn't extend it this time around like they did last year (last year's winter update dropped right when the first Halloween Pass expired).

 

Idk. Even if we don't get any update news tomorrow, some busy weeks are surely ahead of us

They don't even acknowledge GTA's anniversary anymore except in passing. There used to be money rewards, that dope event week two years ago where every business was double.... last year, eh nothing. This year, nothing.

 

I don't expect anything special for RDO but I'm sure there will be cheeseheads complaining about them ignoring the anniversary when they did the exact same for GTA Online

Hopefully a big worthy update, not like the last 2 updates.

Really hope they announce the new dlc today.

Last time they had a two week bonus they announced Blood money. Not on the second week (the week with no new bonuses) but at the third week(after the 2 week bonus ended)

So there is hope.

I am on PS4 and my moonshine sell does not show double money. Regular 247 for Poison Poppy

I guess I’m done with this game.  I couldn’t even bother finishing the Halloween pass.  I wish there was more to online. Or that it was fun for me.

I'd not read too far into it.

 

R* must have many that were on GTA VI (or whatever's next) and to pull some of them over won't impact on the 2 online games much as the few regulars doing online updates will be left be.

 

Besides, they only need a couple of interns for whatever RDRO is getting, lol. Na, but seriously, having seen one role expanded already, they probably see expanding another as an easy option to get something up for Christmas if they are under pressure.

 

They know all too well how financially successful the Xmas holiday period is. T2 won't let them not do nothing/delay stuff much. They might just not promote things too hard beforehand because they know they'll get plenty of flack regarding tolhe trilogy or what not and don't want to open the floodgates, but I feel it'll be business as usual for RDRO/GTA:O.

 

That said, it needs to be something awesome for RDRO by now. It's been too long since this game got something meaty. There's always something getting in the way it seems, lol. But the longer this game stagnates, the harder it'll be to re-appeal to those moving onto newer consoles and games. We need a mighty DLC now.

Honestly not surprised they would make the GTA trilogy a priority. I wasn't expecting much and I'm still disappointed.

Don't be harsh, the existing content is incredible, it's just the scarcity of new releases that is concerning.

 

Frontier pursuit and moonshiners are incredible contents, its just that we'd expect 2 similar updates every years considering the game's potential

Oh yes. The potential is there for sure. It's just that i've ran out of things to do. I have all of my things maxed out, i'm done collecting stuff, i have all the money a man could want... the most recent updates for RDO have been extremely lackluster as well. We need more jobs, more outlaw missions.

This event seems to last 2 weeks like the previous one. So are these going to be common from here on out? Rockstar can't even be bothered to change bonuses and discounts for rdo weekly now?
