Well the only reason I have hope is that the one that was in the leaked outlaw pass photos looks like a different color than the one from the rockstar article. I could be just blind and hopeful.

Should you manage to find the Ember and successfully place it in the hands of your employers by August 2, you'll earn a Reward for a free Off-Hand Holster.

Dont know who leaked it, but it was mentioned that apparently rdr2 engine was set to replace gtav on the  EAE version.

If it is one thing I have learned from the previous updates it is that I will have to space out the new content in order to make it last longer, so I still have not done any of the opertunity missions only half of the multiple crime missions and the single ones.

 

Also in terms of flow, I have to say that splitting the outlaw pass into four smaller quick draw passes seems more correct in terms of content, at least for me. I will probably never binge new contect in RDO again like I did in the beginning, its just more enjoyable to play it in smaller doses while still doing a bit of all the other stuff.

Lol, my daughter would probably get that hat I'll be honest. She has this thing about trying to make some of the most outlandish ensembles that she can in this game just to see the reactions of the other players she encounters.

I think it might not have been so hard on the eyes if they would have taken the etch of the heron/crane that is just behind the cylinder of the revolver and had that design on the side of the hat. Because it is honestly a really pretty drawing and if it was just kind of "crawling" up one side of the hat it would have been fancy and not so tacky.

 

Kind of neat how they are tossing in little bits of the single player game into online though.

I do however wonder how well some of the other clothes R* has been releasing since Naturalist are received. How well does that stuff sell, compared to more "traditional cowboy" clothes
Some of that stuff is very different from anything NPCs wear, or anybody in Single Player wore.

Don't get me wrong - I agree with the saying "You can't argue about taste", and if you like it: no problem, that's cool.

The Red Dead player base is different, many of us don't play to be competitive with other players, we play because of the story.

 

This is possible, it's already in the game.

that was one of my hopes for Online, before it launched... to - in a way - continue the Story, and to add onto it. Write my own story, with the vibe of Story Mode. 
I would pay a monthly subscription for the model you proposed, if it's done well.

I completely agree with you, I actually compiled a list of realistic clothing in game and how many variations there are showing how much effort and work R*'s development team put into those clothes that they can re-use for online instead of cow patterns, weird animal parts and colors, impractical design. I'm down to R* giving us statistics on how many people actually want those weird clothing as suppose to realistic ones in which we have plenty of but inaccessible to online players.

One prime example is how better looking the "woman with no name" bounty hunter is compared to the lvl 25 prestigious bounty hunter clothing, It's very simple and practical compared to the latter

I think the number is pretty high. I think 3/10 people I see are wearing something that looks realistic. The rest are all black, feathered hats, or edgy looking hot topic sponsored cowboys. I think some of the silly looking stuff sells well because people want to stand out for whatever reason. 

 

Now the naturalist outfits I don't really know what to say. Never seen anyone wear them outside of reddit.

Nah, the original bounty hunter outfits were nostly good-decent. The  last one is utter crap aside the gloves and maybe the hat.

I liked the coat for the hippy chick factor, suits her pretty well:

 

 

Being able to mix N match pieces of outfits would help a lot.

 

I'm really looking forward to the hat leaked to be included in the Halloween pass.

Outside of that I can't see much light approaching in the tunnel...would love to be proved wrong, but given greedstar's track record, I expect little.
