Los Santos Tuners - Coming July 20th

May it sound stupid but... how can you buy the new cars? I've go to LS car meet, pay 50k, test a car, buy a workshop and bring back the Yellow Obey, but I still can't buy car :')

Well from what I can see at the moment there's no new options for paint colours which is disappointing, I really wish Rockstar would just let us have an RGB slider for all the colours since it's been done many times before on PC so is clearly doable and while it's nice to get new cars it gets a bit boring only seeing the same colours on everything.

 

At the moment I can't play any further as I had to use an ice pack sitting under my original Xbox One since it was getting too hot in this sweltering heat we've got in the UK at the moment. I do have an Xbox One X but it's been getting artefacting problems with the graphics due to overheating and just suddenly closed out the game last night, it needs to be torn down and have the thermal paste and pads replaced. I reckon by now you need that kind of power too, on the original Xbox One I was seeing about 15-20 fps during the car meet intro.

Nope, there's new liveries for the Hotring Sabre, the Elegy Retro Classic, the Sultan RS, the Toreador, the Hermes and the Blista Kanjo as well.

Couple of things I'm curious about:

 

1. How many new hairstyles are there in total? I've seen one so far - it'd be good to get at least one more...

 

2. Any word on customising older vehicles at the Auto Shop? Specifically, can you take something like an Arena Contender in and customise them (or is it still only possible to do that at the Arena workshop)?

To elaborate further, you need to buy the car lift first. Then a customer will bring a car for you to work on, this happens passively on the background as you play and you will be notified. Then you customize the car according to the customers specification and deliver it. I had a Neo show up, had to pay 50k upfront for all the customizations but i got that money back plus a 30k bonus, so 80k for doing absolutely nothing. Really cool concept
