My guess is that the cars are set to be more expensive than usual this time around overall, probably because every car added in this update has the potential to get a rep discount bonus, and because this is the first update since Cayo Perico.

I wouldn't get my hopes up. Sure, it might include some CnC elements. But if it was "repurposed CnC update", the trailer would focus more on those CnC features (like new police cars for example)

And since they haven't showed us new missions, I'm guessing those missions will be mostly disappointing. Nothing bigger than I/E grind missions. Nothing worth putting in a trailer. 

Unless we only got a teaser trailer for now and the full trailer will drop on release day.

Does anyone know if we are getting a new property to store cars this update? 
 

I know Fun confirmed we are getting more garage space but that could be a new apartment. I’m hoping we get a warehouse for all these new cars or something like that.

A miracle just happened to me, just when i think i wouldn't be able to do impromptu races because all my friends no longer plays gta online, one of my friend decided to log into the game after 5 months offline and PM me to do impromptu race.

I honestly never understood why that initial d stuff is so popular, mediocre cartoon & car plus terrible music imho. Yes that is exactly what I am thinking. Likely gonna unlock it via Reputation points though.

 

I also think Rep is gonna be way way easier to earn, with a more reasonable unlock ladder than Arena Points.

So i have to grind rep to buy garage slots? That would be bullsh*t. To earn rep i would need competitive new car and i don't have any more space to buy one of the new ones. Also hopefully there is no another version of sh*tty mule instead of some good car. No camaro, no charger, no aventador, here enjoy new useless post van mk2.

Playing the game will only give you the Los Santos Customs Tee, but participating in an Impromptu Race will give you the Los Santos Tour Jacket and selling a vehicle to LS Customs will also give you the Los Santos Customs Coveralls.

I’m kinda excited about the Rep system. 
 

I’m hoping they took all the criticism from the Arena War AP system and refine it here. Not having too many ranks and make it more solo friendly.

Problem is i don't have any more storage to buy new cars and i can't customize them and have fun until i grind rep and depending on the design that could take days or even weeks (arena wae garbage) . We can buy membership for 50k, so hopefuly higher tier is buying garage like casino penthouse. What would be worth grinding rp for is unlocking more storage for cars, but that will never happen.

I was thinking about this earlier. If they make a slidey mechanic I'd bet it'd just be within the test track area to avoid players breaking the game and preventing them having to do a ton of QA

 

GTA isn't *supposed* to have drifting physics but if you slam some cars they'll drift quite well with some finesse (Rapid GT, Banshee 900R, Faction, etc)
