But seeing a lot of stuff tied to rep killed a lot of hype for me about this update. I hated the rep progression system in Arena Wars and definitely don't want it to be see repeated here. If it does, it's probably going to turn me off.

Except the time might just be down to Covid delays, and GTA VI development, and GTAO/RDO updates including having to co-ordinate development of something on the scale of Cayo Perico, all while working from home. I still think it's not going to be that much different to the PC version (i.e. 4K/60fps on consoles), plus some additional vehicles, GTAO assets put into single-player, etc. - otherwise why give it away as a free upgrade for PC players?

The reputation part doesn't seem scary to me ..... probably similar to red dead roles where you get rep specific to the activities..... which i think I read you will get rep just for hanging out at the meet spot .

We don't even know if that's gonna be the case. Rockstar haven't said a single thing related to the PC version thus far. Probably they'll sell it 6 months later or maybe change an upgrade fee of $20, who knows.

Well, they're getting the next-gen-exclusive content, that's for certain - to quote the Newswire "including additional GTA Online content exclusive to the new consoles and PC".

This is R*. I wont want to give them ideas. I can imagine them dropping PC support and classifing that version as last gen. Then releasing E&E one year later on PC.

They can exactly do it like how sports games are doing, keeping PC version identical to last gen versions because in this case they can't sell V twice and in sports games' case they can't charge $70 on PC.

Bruh...the cars you (and the others) spotted and by that picture of yours, makes then 16 out of 17 cars, so, basically means that we only have left one unknown vehicle, if we are counting that Sultan Classic 2 doors is a new car, which can be not the case. In the other hand the unknown vehicle can also be already known, and would be the Mule custom, which would suck. I couldn't give less a f*ck about that new truck, and even that mustang (not the GTT, the other, which i forgot the name of it's real life counterpart) doesn't even look like a muscle car too me (sorry, i don't mean to offend any muscle car fan, it's an opinion of a non expert in the matter) and i believe that two porsches (even quite similar to each other) was quite overexaggerated for a single dlc, they could deliver one of them later. I could think of a better options to fill the gaps of the cars that i mentioned that could be out of the list to me: maybe adding a NSX, a Mitsubishi 3000 GT, that BMW from NSF Most Wanted, the Coquette from GTA IV and the Turismo from GTA IV.

Seems like so...and if that sultan classic isn't considered one of the new ones, just bcz it's 2 door and have a body kit (bcz it can be just like some people are saying: some older cars are getting new customizations too) then it makes room for more 2 not seen cars. Which i would like to be some ones of those that i mentioned in the first answer i gave in this post here to Darko, so check it above.

Those bikes seems like they are just two that we already have, but tbh, idk then why R* even bothered to show them in the trailer and even making Hao mentioning "...we have bikes!" Bruh...last sports bike w3as in 2016...the Hakuchou Drag and it did me felt like "meh, just a Hakuchou 2.0".

The Jester Classic (Supra MK IV) could be one of those candidates. Also, i'm not convinced that the new Sultan Classic 2 doors is a new vehicle...that would be a waste of those 17 slots space.

Will suck ass if we just get a PC version after like 6 months - 1 year after the consoles. Which i think it's unreasonable for a game that it's 8 years old. But i can see two possibilities here:

2 - The PC version will be indeed get in the wait bcz R* want to boost their sales and having the PC competition would be problematic for the already problem that is the fact that PS5 and Xbox X|S aren't get too many sells as they intended bcz that thing that some of you said about chips or whatever, so there's not enough offer for the demand. I am looking forward to the S13. Before my life got turned upside down,  I used to have a 95 240SX(S14) and that was the best car I ever owned. (Will forever be a Nismo girl, dream cars are an R33 GTR or even a GTS ( I own 4 elegy retro's in online) and/or an S15 Silvia) Only thing that would make this update more legendary if they add add an El Sonidito  musical horn. ( Seriously past due imo)

The Jester in GTA San Andreas was the Supra. The Infernus was the NSX.

 

It seems to me that Rockstar applies "Retro Custom" or "Classic" entirely randomly. In both cases, they seem to represent returning cars from the 3D universe, but since Jester Classic is already taken by the actual Supra, and Infernus Classic is taken by the Vice City-inspired version (sort of), I'm going to guess that if the NSX returns (and I have no faith in Rockstar doing so), it will be called Infernus Retro Custom.

 

How do you possibly think of the S2000, without also thinking of the NSX? It's the ultimate tuner vehicle, and it has one of the best engines ever made.

 

I just hope that if the NSX returns, that Rockstar doesn't f**k up the sound or handling. The only good sounding V6 in the game so far is the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio-based Komoda, which is a reasonable representation of the real thing. The 2015 NSX Jester will need some kind of speed buff because Rockstar sucks at balance, and a lot of the later DLC cars, even the sedans, are faster.

@VitoCorleone1992 No need for those strategies regarding consoles and PC, they just gonna charge full price for the same game on PC and call it a day, they don't give a F, they know GTAO is popular. And yea one can argue that small percent would pay that price, but some people who are grinding for years are desperate and they would buy again just to not loose their progress, because otherwise they would play on a dead end PC version without support or simply their access would be locked out until they pay to ''upgrade'' or face wiping of their progress if they not do so in due time. I wish i was wrong, but greed of T2 piggies is unlimited...
