haha sometimes i love the matchmaking.

i had to play a round in the takeover series.

and the matchmaking put me in a match and spawned me into the winning team in the last 5 seconds of the match.

"my" team had won 3 rounds and those 5 seconds i was spawned in, already counted for the daily.

idk if i got the reward for "winning" those 3 rounds.

but i thought it was funny.

Yeah, I keep trying to remember to go into offensive so that I can auto-aim at the start of a showdown still; or I have

to stand in front of some guy to die on purpose.

Worst was the elimination series daily, with only me and one other guy, where it was obvious that we both had made that mistake...

Finally I managed to use shotgun while right in front of him.

Happened to me the other day in Elimination Game. It tomahawk only but I ran out so they equipped me with a knife.  Snuck up behind one guy to stab him, but no, my character just stood there like a fool.

Getting kicked out of Defensive during Animal Photography free roam event is a prime example of R* logic

Why does the navy revolver in game has a big cylinder? It's a freaking .36 muzzle loading revolver, it's suppose to be that small.

wow...decided to do a treasure hunt...and what happens...it bugs.

i was able to open the chest but unable to pick up my reward.

which means that treasure map was wasted.

Lame. I've only had that happen with the one by the skeleton on the stone top of the train tunnel/whatever at Cattail Pond.

 

I'm at work right now, can't see the imgur/whatever images you post here (stupid filtering)

so I can't see if that is the one.

Love DL, I wish they would make a MMO or a persistent online sandbox, the combat/movenent mechanics are great.

Honestly I was hesitant at first, because I am not so great with the whole parkour thing in other games (Assassins Creed). But it's a zombie game, and they made the moves work so well that I'm really enjoying leaping between buildings and on top of a group of zombies. Night time is so crazy too, we like to challenge ourselves and see how far we can go before those nasties kill us.

 

I'd love a sandbox version of that game!

I could be mistaken in what you actually mean but The Following DLC is open world. Even introduces vehicles.

Dying Light 2 is supposed to be released sometime this year. I loved #1, still play it now and then, and I've been waiting on 2.

I don't know if it's 'cause my rig is a bit outdated, but trying to play the "new" telegram missions in PC is a very difficult task for me, If I try to launch them from the start menu, it takes hours to load to finally spawn in my camp in free roam, and if I try to launch them from the free roam menu, it takes several minutes to pull off the telegram and trying to launch the mission. I've only been able to do the Steal the horse mission, the other 2 are unknown for me since I haven't been able to launch those ._. Everything else loads perfectly and I can join pretty much every other activity.

So that's where those buggies come from when we bought the add on packs, cause I got myself the Vintage Gunslinger one. At the moment I'm still in the mission part of the game, right at the point that everything seems to be going downhill fast.

Just got it last week and I'm so mad at myself for not getting into it sooner, part 2 is going to be so much fun.

Wow, I have a big problem and would need help but the site keeps erasing my fu.king texts (3rd time!)?

So... I'm annoyed for 2 reasons now.

Hoodies, handkerchiefs and gloves are no longer accessible in my weapon wheel! Slot is empty now...

alongside or interdependend the game puts 2 'custom(?)player-outfits' on my horse, I can neither wear nor delete at camp (they are just there?)!

It started to culminate a few days ago (lvl.600).!?

 

Need help please (without someone telling me to erase my 2 year old character and loose everyting) or has anyone had a similar problem?

I have a 2nd account (lvl.200) and everything works fine/normal...

First, sorry, I don't have a solution but I wish you good luck. It would really be awful to lose a character after all this time.

 

Second, this kind of reminds me of the issues some higher ranks were having late last year and Rockstar's "solution" was to basically wipe their accounts. They got to keep their gold and money but I believe other stats were zeroed out, essentially starting your character from zero.

 

As I said, I really hope that's not the case for you and things get resolved in your favor. I'm around 560 myself right now--and in no rush after hearing your issue to advance much further because of issues higher rank players are/were having.

This might work. Try deleting your saved outfits (take a screenshot, so you can remake them). When you store outfits to your horse, do not exceed 5 outfits (same for hats and accessories).

 

Observation: I had something similar, last year. One theory, is that the saddle bags are bugged. I have a variety of saddle bags and the storage varies for some (5 to 7 outfits).  Keeping my outfits at 5; regardless of storage capacity. Solved my outfit issue.

Yeah, that's exactly my fear, I've read/heard that too! I know a few lvl.1000's and two of them had a character swipe. I have nearly everything there is, 1000+GB & 125k RD$... a complete character I could fully enjoy! 

I intend to keep it that way

But this all started 1-2 weeks after OP5 dropped. We got a little bored and decided to dress as Clowns again when 4 outfits disappeared (i.e. my ClowningOutfit) from my wardrobe. I also saw quiet a few having similar cases. Wasn't a big problem for me personally (and I don't know for how long...) as I only used 3-4 older outfits since the Naturalist actually, depending on the situation. So I created a new Clown including the new FaucheuxHat and urged for a new ClownHorse (DonkeyStyle) but because I have the infamous '10th-Stable-Bug', I had get rid of my 9th and bought a completely new horse (saddle,etc.). I swapped a few saddles and all started!

I'm this close to delete all my Outfits, Horses and Saddles but fear it won't change a thing...

Yes, I think so too! It has to be my 'newest' saddle bag... somehow this and a few bugged accessories (maybe the Londonderry Gloves and I don't know exactly which handkerchief)?

Wish I had seen this sooner, but you may want to try to hard reset your console (if you are on one). I, at one point, could not open chests or my mail and I had some similar issues you are having. Hard resetting my console fixed the issue.

I play on two different consoles: Ps4 & Ps4Pro (depending on where I am ). Worked fine until a few weeks ago... and my 2nd is still perfect (hope I didn't jinx it).
