That's my thinking. That's why I'm giving it a few hours to see what the $/hr is now. It was $150-$200 comfortably (tho some techniques with good luck could go as high as $300-$400).

 

$200/hr is alright, $100/hr is grindy as f*ck with the prices of ability upgrades, horses, later camp upgrades, etc as they are.

They've either decreased the spawn of the fish under the water fall, or completely removed them.

 

For anyone wanting to know who used that method of getting money.

Just got $2.66 for replaying the bucket armour mission. All prices have adjusted in my game after a full PS4 restart.

 

Still no value in replaying story missions.

Ya. Did you not understand what I was saying? If the mission payouts didn’t increase, which they obviously did, unbeknown at the time we was discussing it, it wouldn’t be much of a change. 

 

Decreasing weapons values and decreasing payouts for side activities would make the prices seem cheaper, but the grind would be the same. 

 

Fortunately that isn’t the case and they increased mission payouts, so all is good.

If they have no intention of ever adding lobby options, I'd rather I knew so I could either decide to take the game for what it is or give up on it.

Hmm.

Well, it wasn't an actual update requiring a download, so no, and no one should expect that from todays changes. This was a simple change to rewards for various activities and prices for certain items, don't expect new lobby types until we start getting actual patches and updates.

Exactly. Freeaim lobbies make or break the game for me. I have no desire to spend much time on a game with this kind of lock-on aiming, so it would be nice if they could just declare their intentions, so the people for whom freeaim is a requirement for long term play do not waste their time.

If they would declare there will be FA i would at least turn online on and start preparing. As long as there is no statement about it i will not even waste minute on online.

It's a f*cking shambles.

 

After my first race it was apparent that the mode was worthless gameplay wise. But, as I had some work to get through I figured that I could play for 2-4 minutes, get an easy 1st or 2nd place, then ignore the game while the ADHD crowd p*ss around for the rest of the 15 minutes.

 

I'll take free gold, cash and xp while I have more pressing matters to deal with. Made around $200 and ranked up almost twice in an hour while only actively playing for 15-16 minutes.

 

There does need to be some kind of DNF system or something though.

 

E: Farming AFK racers for the MVP award is a joke. However R* didn't see that coming is beyond me.
