Looting the bounty also counted. Is it designed that you need to do 3 separate bounties for the loot daily?

 

This bounty award bug is probably the thing I want fixed most.

It's basically hit or miss, and affects bounty hunter freemode events too.

Most of the time it won't work at all, but if it does work it should continue to work if you stay in that session and don't mess around with joining a posse or having someone join your posse, etc.

I have done 359 alive bounties according to the award but I estimate it's actually way over 500.

Oh and bounty hunter role dailies are so fricken bugged too. Forget doing some bounties with friends as the daily randomly works for one person in the posse.

 

More and more being in a posse is broken too. When I join a friend's posse to do some dailies then after I leave my camp won't pitch.

And today we did a story mission and afterwards it said can't stand down as content is about to start or something like that. New bugs rise every day.

 

I also had to restart game today because saddle stamina drain prevention wasn't working.

Oh and one time I logged in and no camp or moonshine shack on map at all. Restart!

 

This game is in desperate need of a straight up bug fix update, not just a hastily put together thing to fix a money glitch like they've done in the past. Why is that  a glitch gets patched even with a downloadable update super fast but they can't do a simple bug fix update. We need to wait 3 months for the next DLC (that breaks more things than it fixes).

And they need to base all future DLCs on that bug fix update so the old bugs don't come back after next DLC like they always do.

4 players on the list of 22 are above rank 60. Five of the ones below 60 are above rank 20. The rest is all under that. And what do you know? Towns get shot up, corpses dumped at your camp and guns aimed at your face. It's tempting to go for an hour of grief noob shooting, scaring those away who Rockstar is so happy to receive and cater with gifts and bonuses. 

If word spreads that high ranks kill lowbees a lot, they'll f*ck off and Rockstar gives more attention to longtime players. Joking, of course, but it is tempting......

I did this to two noob sh*t heads the other day when they wouldn't stop whistling at me.  I spawned in Blackwater in defensive mode. I was standing still for a minute and two people start moving toward me, I didn't move and they seemed like the were about to try and get a cheap kill when one of them pulled their gun out so I moved my controller and he stopped aiming.  Then they both stood in front of me ON their horses whistling non-stop. So I pulled out my lancaster without aiming hoping they would stop, nope, so then I aimed it toward one of them and they still didn't stop. So I shot one of the little sh*ts horses in the face and then shot both of them.  I even started to revive the horse but then they both started heading toward me and all I could think is how I was going to make them wish their parents never got them this game for christmas.  Many many kills later(never once did they get me) the posse leader finally parleyed.  I enjoyed myself anyway.

 

 

This game is so broken, I decided to play a little story mode after completing a daily for the day.  I went to the menu, chose resume story.  I was sitting on a loading screen for several minutes before I started this post, and I am still sitting on it.  WTF

I had fun with 3 of em. They invaded my camp and acting provocatively, like walking into you and your horse all the time, spitting at you, aiming guns at you, your horse and dog. They went away and came back each dragging a corpse to my camp, dumping them on the campfire and started kicking those corpses, probably intending to set them on fire. While they did, I lowered the flag of my camp and blew them to smithereens with a dynamite arrow. 

And look, they all came back for more. Like you, they died many times, me never. I think this thing played for 5 minutes or 10, but eventually they left the lobby. I felt sorry for the sods in the end and it's really not my style. I think the disappointment of the weekly bonuses and clothings released made me go for it

Bear in mind, I suck pretty hard at PvP.

 

A couple of days ago I was minding my own business doing stranger missions when suddenly some dude lassoed me. Freed myself and filled him with dual lead. Dude returns and the same thing happens again. And again.

 

In all honesty, I didn't really mind, was pretty funny

Same here. I actually tell Rockstar support that I am not interested in money when I report a problem with the game. They still end up throwing cash at me.

 

As for this special day. I knew it wasn't going to be good news when I first spawned in and my guy was naked except for pants. Hopefully they got the holidays out of their system and they actually do some work on this game this week.

Man, I'm still mad about buying a shack.

You spend 25(?) gold on buying a shack. They make it seem like it will be your humble abode, you can't f-cking spawn in it. You pay all of this gold and this Two Face rip off bitch living in the cabin, rent free and complains that there's too much noise. I don't know why we had to pay so much gold to buy a cabin for an old hag to live in it and work for her?!

 

That bitch must've seen us coming! Hey, look at the mute, maybe we can swindle 25 gold from him (or her; not gender specific) and have them by us a house! Yes!! Perfect.

 

Why do we even need to work for her anyway? We're doing the selling, we have that French guy making the moonshine, and now we're having to right that bitch's wrongs? I've completed the Moonshiner missions in hopes she would either die or piss off. Unfortunately, I'm stuck seeing melty in the corner of the shack every damn time.

Rockstar needs to stop screwing with us with moonshine deliveries to the Van Horn fence. For those who don't know that delivery location requires you driving down a dock to the delivery location. Its flat as the day is long but despite that fact, the second you start driving the wagon down that dock it starts taking damage. No matter how slow you go, the second you move so much as an inch it takes damage. Damn near guaranteed you lose a bottle going down that dock. There is nothing you can do but move an inch an hour and pray you can get into the marker before a bottle shatters.

 

The only time you have a chance of delivering all 20 bottles is if the delivery is in pristine condition when you reach the dock. If it got slightly damaged along the way, your chances are not good.

maybe you‘re breaking too abruptly. My delivery doesn‘t get damaged there. 
the railroad-crossing several meters west is trickier imo.

That only happens if you're traveling at great speed and slam the breaks. I cross that dock going the absolute slowest speed a wagon can go and it still happens.

The spot I think you're talking about is the Van Horn Saloon which is a few yards away, that is not the location I am talking about. If I get sent to that spot again in the near future I will post a video of it showing you the issue in action. Unless some other unfortunate soul reading this has this happen to them and beats me to it.

Monday I did 3, last night I did 2, no completion notice, no gold.

Aarrgh! I HATE those bloody timers on Bounty missions!

I can sort of understand it when the target flees but when they're hogtied/dead it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

 

And who's moronic idea was it to NOT use dedicated servers but instead P2P? I'll bet the problem with shack's/camp's and weapons loadout randomly changing is directly connected to this. As is the "server" disconnect.

 

No dev would ever endorse this, it has to be a management decision to save a few measly bucks.

Haven't been able to pitch a camp on the Great Plains for days already. Every other area seems to work fine, but pitching a camp where I always have my camp is not possible. 

Animal spawns are only there when you glitch into a Legendary solo session. If Rockstar says they fixed it, I blame the influx of noob scrub for all these network related issues. More than half the population in my current lobbies are low level scrub, all of them as trigger happy as the next one.

Had a weird issue last night--went to the Lagras mission NPC (one-eyed boat recovery guy) who tells me about taking down the legendary Alligator. I happily accept--after all, I hate those crocs, and I love using dynamite.

 

...but after I pressed "E" to accept, I get an error saying "You've done too many missions recently; please wait a while." (facepalm)

 

So (honked off) I wander off, and maybe four minutes later, the mission kicks off out-of-the-blue... and I'm suddenly hunting the white-streaked Alligator.

 

R* -really- needs to fix those missions; I've had numerous problems with them... even had to scrap one that had somehow spawned the wagon and horses among a bunch of objects I couldn't move or drive out of.

 

One of the bigger issues is their yellow icon NOT being disabled when you've done too many missions--you waste time traveling to it, only to find out that it's unavailable.

R* continues to amaze me over the stupid ways they spent time on impeding the player doing what they want. I had to go out the other day so I thought I would be clever and leave the Catalogue open so I could AFK and then put my Xbox into Sleep Mode, it still keeps the game open and its constantly connected to the internet so I assumed it would work.

 

Nope, "You have been disconnected because you entered a suspended state" f*ck off, why would you spend time programming the game to detect this?
