I think there are fewer of them on PC, and I only do local sales.

The game glitches enough I don't need to encourage other players to mess things up for me.

And honestly, the extra money would be nice, but not necessary, I have over $11,000 now, only done a few bounties, haven't been able to do a shine sale yet and only do local trader sells.

Collector makes up a large portion of the cash.

It's similar to the effect Frontier Pursuits had on console, most players are busy levelling, on PC you guys have got all 4 roles and Outlaw Pass 2 to go at, plenty of content to keep even the most fickle mind occupied.

 

On console most day one and long term players have already leveled everything up again after Moonshiners and those impulse driven, attention span challenged f*cks are getting trigger happy again.

 

It's all good though, the Serving Justice thread deserves some snow content.

I haven't played in like 2 months, but I  wanted to see the holiday theme and snow etc. I see that I can load into camp now, except when it finally loads only part of my camp is there.  No Cripps, no butcher table, no tent, just a table and fire. I spent the next 30 minutes trying to set a camp, hopping sessions etc. 

 

Now I remember why I set this game aside. I so badly want this game to be good,  but it's just not.

Question about this long vs local deliveries. I know I'm not a target on local deliveries but if people destroy my wagon do I keep the items? When I returned to camp after being griefed I think my inventory was the same as before the sale but not sure.

Lol now I can't even enter my shack. I go up to the shack and press the button to enter but my character doesn't enter. However, the game is trying to register that I pressed the button so now I'm stuck standing here and can't open the menu or access my weapon wheel. Wasted 25 gold on a role I can't even play

This added snowfall would be a lot of fun with random encounters and animals spawning. As it is now, it's just riding around trying to avoid NPCs who are all riding crazy like they do in rainstorms. They really dropped the ball with this update by not fixing what was already broken first.

 

I will admit, the glitch where you spawn into someone else's camp is setting up some rather funny encounters for me.

I've never been attacked on a trader sale, I'm not sure anyone else can destroy your wagon during a local sale.

I think it’s a bit ridiculous that I have to start a mission in order to get animals to spawn.

 

R*, maybe hold off on focusing your efforts on creating a new shirt that likely no-one really cares about and instead, fix a core component of your game, aye?

Happens to me too. I have to force close from the XMB. Now I just have to figure out a way to force the CAC to load so I can edit my character a bit.

lol, if I had to play the game (or any) with my wife I'd fake disconnects all the time. I either do that or I call my lawyer.

I'm just going to bitch at myself here.

I hate myself at times in games like this. I have 2 outfits, both that I like, but each of them use a different set of weapons and horses and I don't want to carry around 2 sets of weapons. So I end up spending so much time going back to the camp and switching out everything.

I just can't decide on which outfit I like the most.

One is a modern black outfit that use modern strip loaded weapons, and the other is a more old west type of outfit that's designed around using revolvers and lever action weapons.

I just can't decide on which to use because the game is a cowboy game, but it is also set in the era in which technology is advancing quickly and as such feel that a young person would go with the times rather than be stuck in a past they know little about. Especially one that looks like she grew up in comfort in Saint Denis.

And I just got the disconnected screen. Not even a reason this time. Just "you have been disconnected from Rockstar services". :S

Just when I was full of praise for R* and RDRO...

 

-No animal spawns

-Bounty Missions glitched and I cannot interact with bounty board

-Story missions cannot be completed now, they glitch out

-Camp is 24/7 being 'pitched' but not in the game world

 

The more I play, the more unplayable the game becomes.

 

Oh, and random disconnects every 15-25 mins.

 

Thanks for the snow, it's great. A total shame I cannot enjoy it.

I’m constantly getting stuck in loading loop purgatory since the update. I constantly have to close the game and launch it again, so I can actually play.

 

on another note.... I don’t want snow in RDO. I’m already over it. Kinda wanna play and do bounties in her bounty outfit and can’t bc I don’t wanna freeze. I don’t mind it at all on gta online.

Don't. Don't. Don't get me frakin' started on this. All day I was trying to help my wife level up her bounty hunter role, have her help me on trader & shine deliveries, chase dailies, & all for both of us to give up in frustration from disconnects. I'm not even sure what to make of this now. I didn't even WANT snow. I can go outside or look out my frakin window if I want snow.

I just shutdown the game and reload it. It's faster than waiting on the endless loading screen.
