When I look at the player list I'm kinda reminded of myself when I was in my early teens.

I thought I knew it all and I had a habit of really doubling down on a principle, didn't give a sh*t if I was wrong, it was my stance and you were gonna roll with it.

So what I propose is that we put some effort in and get Rockstar that girlfriend who's able to hold up a mirror and show you how dumb you are, but with a smile.

Actually, I have met godlike NPCs, who can't be locked on, shot at, painted, etc. I just had the same with some lawmen, couldn't shoot at them at all, but I was able to kill one with some dynamite and it only took 5 (!!!) volatile dynamite to kill him!

Those lawmen must have slow and steady tier 100000 or something.

I wouldn't suprised if this bug soon transfers over to animals too.

New bugs seem to pop up every day or so.

What's even worse I have encountered players with this bug, and I know it's not intentional because I encountered a lvl 4 with this and I have left and rejoined that session and the godlike bug was gone.

Other suspicious animal behavior is when, at range using a scope, they seem to notice you scoping them out and they suddenly move away, preferably out of LoS. Even at max Carcano range, they look up at you and start moving out of LoS slowy, like they’re on to you. Something ‘s really fishy.....

And a lot more grindier

More xp per level(quite awful. If anyone defends that.... do you play other games?), 30 more levels....

And the only prize of note this time is John's outfit(Which you get right away) and the Husky(The dog I want! Unless they ever add a Corgi!)

and if that's not bad enough they offer a real money way to skip the mindless grind. (sure you can slowly earn those gold bars in game, but let's be honest we know what rockstar is looking for here)

There was an article that claims these battle passes are loved.  By who? I don't know anyone who likes to pay for access to a mindless grind.

Was taking a break from this glitch-fest f*cked game, but I jumped back on to try out the new update

Trying to sell my sh*t, infinite black screen. 3, motherf*cking times, in a row. I cant do what was suggested in the other thread cos none of my friends are on atm and I don't want to join a community

Why do I bother. Oh that's right cos I paid for this sh*t. Fix your f*cking game cockstar

I'm starting to believe this game is more broken than GTAO.

And it's only out for a year.

It is more broken in some regards.

GTAO has a bugs list longer than my arm and every new update seems to create more, but the kind of bugs we're getting in RDO just wouldn't be allowed to happen in GTAO, you'll never download a GTAO DLC and find that the main attraction of the DLC is basically unusable.

Can you imagine if the Casino Heist released and players couldn't get into their Arcade, or when they did trying to launch a heist prep triggered an infinite loading screen? The backlash would be swift and harsh and I guarantee it would get fix A-f*cking-SAP.

We've had two proper content updates in RDO, Bounty Hunter was unplayable for a while, Trader still is unplayable a lot of the time, as is Moonshiner and the only role not to be crippled by bugs has been nerfed, presumably because a minority percentage of the player base have made serious amounts of legitimate cash.

People can say what they like about GTAO, I can't stand it anymore, but if I started it up now, almost anything I want to do will work, I can't say that about RDO right now.

Yes, like if you entered any of your GTA properties to find them empty of props and unusable on a very regular basis, the outcry would be astounding.

They'd be on that immediately.

They probably are working on fixes, but man what a mess right now.

I only had a couple of hours to play last night, loaded in (supposedly) to my camp.

Game launches...no camp, I'm just standing in a field.

Guess I'll focus on collectible dailies.

Couldn't finish the jewellery one since the map hasn't been updated fully yet.

As I went to dig the first coin, $150 was added to my account, so I did get reimbursed for the two shine sales that turned into black screens.

Still not touching it until it's verified to work at least 95% of the time.

Yeah, I don't doubt that fixes are being worked on, but they're taking their sweet time about it. I refuse to believe that if a similar bug affected a brand new GTAO update building that it would still be unfixed 5 days later. There's absolutely no way, if say the Casino was this buggy on release day, that R* wouldn't have been on it much more quickly than they have been with the 'shine shack.

Spawning into camp has been hit and miss (more miss than hit) for me too. Like you, I've spawned into a camp location with no camp, I've spawned into someone else's camp and even when it does work, my camp often isn't even in the region where I left it.

R* just don't seem to be able to create a stable lobby environment.

My GTAO experience is also a lot smoother and better working than my RDO experience, mainly because I always play in an Invite Only lobby. No other players around means far far less problems in stability. The day RDO allows Invite Only lobbies is the day B&M at least halves on these forums.
But, according to Rockstar, we don’t know we don’t want isolated lobbies. f*ckers.

I fear that we're already past the point where, if IO lobbies do come, we'll be paying for the privilege. It's the only way that I can see them being introduced which doesn't look as though R* have either bowed down to player pressure or admitted that their ideology has failed.

Not aimed at you, just a general notice, I don't want to start a sh*tstorm over subscription models, it's just my personal opinion.

I get what you mean, but I’m not much afraid (yet) of this game entering a sub model. The “have to own a story mode copy” thing to access RDO might still function as a barrier for that, unless they launch it as an option, though. I’m not holding my breath on IO lobbies either, since R* won’t budge for sure. But I am convinced it would solve a lot, lot stability problems which we have to deal with now. We suffer from R* stubbornness in more than one way. We have to stick up with mental instabilities of trigger happy cunts and technical instabilities of the lobbies. Hi Dee Ho, welcome to RDO.

But there are some players who would gladly pay to have invite only lobbies.

Right now there are players glitching to get solo lobbies (with inconsistent results some times). There were many of us doing it originally just to avoid unwanted PvP but the number of people I see doing it now has increased tremendously because of the animal and camp spawn problems. Invite only lobbies, where you could limit the number of players, would definitely be worth it to some. Personally, I'd rather keep glitching inconsistently than give those thieves at Rockstar another cent for something they should have offered us for free in the first place.

I think a good compromise could be charging gold bars to create private lobbies. Those of us who put in the work can afford it and those who just play casually have the option to pay for it once and a while.

Now if this would be a thing, I wouldn't spend the gold if they disable missions and such in private lobbies. It would have to be full-featured.

In my defense, you had a bug on your face that first time, so I was just trying to help out.  It really got out of hand after that.

Something tells me I don't believe you, but nevertheless, you had no defense, that was your problem.

Secondly, if it was you, then where did the fight begin?

I'd be happy if they reduced XP or pay fin private.  This way you gather materials solo but have reason to use public lobbies for the full payout for deliveries.

Connected just long enough to clean 3 guns for a daily, then start heading to my shack, and of course I get disconnected.

At the risk of taking a kicking, I wouldn't "gladly" pay, but I would, in all likelihood, begrudgingly pay for a subscription which enabled me to play in IO lobbies.

Erm, I'm not sure if I'm a fan of a premium currency, ad-hoc model to IO lobby access. I make enough gold bars to mean it would be a viable option for me, but there's just something about the prospect I don't like.

I'd be happier with a model where you pay an amount of gold bars to get IO access for say a month, but then that's basically a monthly subscription, so why not just skip the gold bar purchase element, R* get the money regardless.

Any paid for IO lobbies would have to be full, unrestricted access, it just wouldn't be appealing otherwise.

Same, IF the IO lobbies are fully functional and have some sort of customisation, like weather dynamics lowered or raised, time slowdown or sunrise and sunset settings.

I have buddy in a glitched lobby right now who invited me. We both kind of hate Rockstar and I don't think we'd pay as long as we could glitch.

With the ability to do everything even deliveries, better animal spawns, the whole nine. What would your price be monthly for a subscription with IO lobbies?

For a freemium game, which needs the single player game bought to access it? If the whole nine I mentioned, thus including control of some dynamics, I'd pay $4.99 a month max. depending on the rate and state in which updates come out. I won't expect any monthly freebies, other than the usual.

I'm bored of the moonshine update and it hasn't even been out a week.  The outlaw pass is "meh" at best, the only items I thought worthwhile were John and Arthur's outfits, even though I won't wear Arthurs and I'm bummed you can't separate the items in John's.

Haven't been on Red Dead in a few days now and do not miss it. Game is just too much of a hot mess at the moment. I do enjoy riding on my horse but honestly that is about it. Hopefully R sorts this out soon but this still to me feels like a in beta game.

Well here's a new one for me. Just walked in the shack to find the place is empty, except for the band. No Faggy Mike upstairs, no Frenchman down stairs, no patrons in the bar,  just the band. Couldn't interact with the moonshine table or Faggy's desk. Walk out. Go back in, nothing.

The bugs seem to be getting worse by the day. While ago I hustled my ass all the way to Van Horn to take care of some trouble at the saloon. No sooner than I approach the door..."Mission Failed. The patron was killed" ... Another first.

Unfortunately the completionist in me wont allow me to abandon  the roll all together. So I'll just suffer my way to rank 20, then I'm never setting foot in the moonshine shack again.

Speaking of GTAO and buggy...., am I the only one who'd love to take the new Maxwell Vagrant out for a drive on the RDO map?

I've had this happen twice but each time I went in and got the band playing then everyone appeared.
