Nevermind ... got it ... the collector's shovel costs $10,852 US dollars.

And $0.50 works out to about 15 bucks so that sounds about right.

Would you rather have 15 pieces of heirloom be worth like 3$? Maybe R* could even adapt the prices and payouts to what you are looting from dead bodies. 3$ for heirloom, 6$ for coins, 50cent for rare herbs etc.... lol

No, AlexDrobot. Bad boy! That is not your cougar to skin.

I rescued that nice lady off the rock, I shot both those furry bastards and I'll be skinning both. That I walk over to my horse to stow one skin does not mean you get to saunter in and nab the other.

Oh sometimes it sucks so bad to be low level and decent equipment is level locked!

My stupid f*cking horse is sooooo freakin' slow it caused me to fail 3 consecutive supply missions.  :miranda:

Chase the train? I can't even catch the train withing the time limit, let alone ride all the way back to camp. :miranda:

Not to mention kill all the npcs on the train in between. :miranda:

Then I tried buying supplies, but they never showed up, I think I got my $20 back, but really????

Today I had over $1000 but can't buy a decent horse.

I'll have to research saddles, maybe that'll allow me to finish a mission under the timer for once.

Saddles help enormously, yeah. I figured at first I was gonna do without all that nonsense, but now I slapped on the Bounty Hunter saddle and some better stirrups and suddenly I've got superhorse. The other role unlocked saddles work very well too. If there aren't any decent horses available for you yet, that'd be the way to go.

However, I get the strong impression from the game that all missions should be possible with a standard horse, albeit a bit harder. The train one is especially sh*t. What I do, if I get it, is go around and pop the driver first so the train doesn't start up.

Camp despawning upwards of 5 times a day at times.

Inability to pitch a new camp after numerous attempts, giving up, and repeatedly quitting the game and logging back on because it'll work eventually.

Invisible flowers that you can see two other PCs harvesting RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.

When trying to place a marker on your map places it an inch or more in any given direction (for the past two days now)

Low paying jobs and ridiculously expensive weapons, wagons, clothing that you can pretty much afford if you (wait for it!) BUY GOLD BARS.

This one might just be me, but I cannot seem to find any site or link that outlines all of the keyboard commands for PC. Googling also just dredges up a bunch for console controllers.

Bathrooms, but no freaking ability to bathe???

The inability to saddle and keep, and breed wild horses seems like a missed opportunity for an entirely new job path.

I wish there were more native options in the character creation process.

My camp was down on the beach in Heartlands, and I couldn't even get close to the train which was speeding ever further away east, so I said f*ck it and hunted some deer, because you know animals spawn like crazy when you're under a mission timer.

1) Yep, I feel ya!

2) Nope, not just you, there needs to be a comprehensive (and I don't mean comprehensive as in the insurance company's idea of the word, the proper meaning) list of PC commands and hotkeys.

Console commands don't translate. It's taken me ages to piece together a list, the common stuff is easy to find, hidden keys like 'L' to get into the player menu, an EXTREMELY important function is NOT among those listed in the keybind section of the game. Is it all explained clearly in the story mode? even if it is, that's no excuse for not giving us an accessible list in game.

3) Yeah, that I don't get, how about a bath for $1.00 at the hotel in town or something, it's in every single western ever made FFS!

4) That would be cool, or at least some addition to the horse rustling operation where you get your first horse on day 1.

5) You'd think that would be a popular option for an outlaw type character given the time frame and especially the locales. People of colour (well, everyone really)were substantially more free in the fringes of society where the game takes place. Maybe more accepted as equals would be more appropriate.

My subconscious keeps reminding me that, like the clothing items, all future Online updates will have content recycled from Story, and there's nothing we can do about it.

Im at the point where im about to just give up.

1. Cant pitch camp

2. Animal spawns are terrible

3. Random disconnects

4. Horse picking herbs/Huntingwagon for dailies still dont work properly

5. Treasure map which leads to empty chest

Its just sad that I actually need to launch a mission to get an empty lobby to do stuff, not to mention those npc's going sideways on their horse blocking the road even more.

I proved that Rockstar npc's don't learn because I kill every single npc that swerves his horse into mine and they're still doing it. Seriously though, I wonder if back in the old days, a cowboy riding his horse sees another guy coming down the trail and thinks to himself, "Hmm maybe I should jerk my horse to the left or right to try and mess with him."

That is one of the most ridiculous things in a video game I've ever seen. With the way horses crash into just about anything already, the game certainly needs no help in trying to wreck people.

My latest moan about the horses is having a clear path between two objects(trees, rocks, etc) yet your horse still slides to the left or the right of the path, usually smacking you into another obstacle.

Not directed towards you, but there's few frequent posters in this thread that should've gave up a long time ago. What's the point in  bitchin about a game that you continue to play?

Unless I’m missing something, the game doesn’t allow me to simply equip an outfit without it being automatically added on my horse. I just can’t at all, everytime I equip an outfit it’s thrown into my horse’s inventory. To potentially work around that, I have to unequip something on the premade outfit (e.g. the hat), save it as a new outfit, then equip another one of my saved outfit to enable the removal of (now) new custom outfit from the horse list, then replace it with what was originally on my horse (Since the game remove on its own one of my 7 sets), then I can finally and potentially wear something outside the horse list.

Except I can’t, since my 7 custom outfits slots are used in my wardrobe too!

All of that would be solved if we could unequip the current worn outfit from the horse independently. But of course we can’t.

The only way I was able to achieve this was to equip an outfit from my list that is on the horse, then deconstruct it and rebuild manually a pre-made outfit myself.

Edit: Nope, it removed one outfit from my list anyway to replace it with ‘custom outfit’ on my horse.

Stupid and completely dumb system. Was probably designed by an amateur.

Edit2: Welp, if you despawn your horse/ask for it to ‘flee’, your chosen outfit in the  wardrobe menu doesn’t get added to his inventory automatically anymore. Smh.

Edit3: Argh, it reverted back to linking chosen outfits to my horse automatically after a while. The whole thing is probably a bug.

You don't have to save the outfit, just take off your hat and you should be able to do whatever you want with the outfits. Just make sure you're not wearing a saved outfit you want on your horse when you leave the menu as it can be removed from your horse when you change your outfit.

Stupid workaround, but only store 5 or so outfits on your horse. You can adjust that at a general store (with a changing room) or at your camp. You can still make & save seven outfits (provided you have the trader's saddlebags) but carrying around only five or six, leaves room for that "custom outfit" nonsense. At least that's what I do until this is important enough for R* to address.

Don't worry, we are not allowed to talk about RDO or post our opinions on a RDO forum incase the Armchair Moderators get shirty about it.

It’s mindblowing since they had a fully functional and simple system for GTA:O.

That said, I was able to momentarily choose an outfit without it being added on my horse when it wasn’t around. I’m trying to figure out what made the game revert by itself to automatically add outfits to the saddle. It proves that somewhere in the system there is a way to avoid the linking, just have to find how.

F*cking weekend warriors.

Lobbies are completely different Monday - Thursday compared to Friday - Sunday in my experience.

I played less than an hour today, it seemed like everywhere I went there was a group shootout going on, couldn't be bothered with it, finished watching The Devil Next Door on Netflix instead.

Yesterday I went to Blackwater to sell meat for an easy daily, walked into a warzone and didn't feel very much inclined to keep on playing. Today I couldn't get a camp spawned in an 11 player lobby. During the attempts of spawning a camp, I had weekend warriors to deal with too. Uninstalled the game in a rage of frustration about the camp spawns. I'm so f*cking fed up with this broken ass sh*t game. Camps worked exactly 2 days since 1.14. I guess all frustrations from months of crap in this game came out this evening and a wipe of the game was inevitable. My wife never understood why I kept playing a game with so many frustrating bugs and glitches. Ended up playing Kingdom Hearts 3 with my grandchild.

The character creation isn't nearly as comprehensive as it should be. I do prefer it to the terrible heritage system GTA V had, but R* needs to improve on their character creation tools. I would say something like what Saints Row did, but limit it a bit so you can't make your character look like an alien. I would like some sliders to adjust the width of different features, depth, etc.

TL;DR: More adjustable options.

Not much of a moan but 2 wannabe trolls/griefers decided to attack me while hunting in BV. They destroyed my hunting wagon...ruined the 2 animals I had just shot, which is fine bc they were poor to begin with. I just wanted them for everything else. Anyways, I turn off defense mode and popped his buddy in the head with my rolling block. The other took and left the session and soon after his buddy did too. In the end it was a failed attempt on them because all you have to do is call for your wagon again and anything you had in it will be fine. So sorry pals you failed BIG time haha.
EDIT: The video I saved I managed to get their names and they’re 13 and play fortnite 😂 that’s ok. I have their psn names so I’ll be looking for them periodically and definitely gonna ruin their day on RDO 😈

If greifers destroy your wagon with stuff in it, it can be respawned with the items still in there??
