Explosions going off everywhere now that everyone is super duper rich. Getting sniped now, bushwhacked, shot with shotgun, blown up. Not as quiet and peaceful anymore, the Wild West is a third world country on fire as the outlaws become millionaires and take over, killing everyone. What a mess of a game but at least I'm having fun.

I only see this in high level players in showdowns and freeroams a quarter of the time. Had a dude who attacked our posse and kept using every explosive and fire arrows. He wasn’t owning us but got a couple of good shots. Ofc when he ran out and my buddy started using his he bolted. Came back shot us some more and left after my buddy killed him several times. Gives you the type of players they are.

It's the weekend after the glitch and everyone is crazy in my sessions today. Prior to the glitch most people stayed relatively peaceable because they didn't want fines and bounties. Now it's more like it was before, you definitely gotta watch your back now. Valentine sounds like cannons going off right now where I am. I'm sure it'll ease up once people get bored with having everything and move on to another game.

Was super extra nice to go to the f*cking corner of the map several times to meet Sadie&Jake Adler, only to find out you can't start any mission there because some other player is around, or the game has decided that you should do something else at that moment instead. Happened the same with Hamish and Black Belle until I could start a mission for them.

I'm convinced that anytime Joe gives you a paid killing mission via a letter "Don't bare repeating out loud.", that it will start, but not start. So your stuck there with basically most of the important sh*t in the lobby disabled, forcing you to lobby hop, because R*.

Yesterday, after I had started my new character, I loaded in, did a few missions and then I decided to do some hunting, but, some guy out in the middle of nowhere thought I was a prime target to attack, even though I was in defensive mode.

So he shot me, I returned fire and killed him. He came back, I killed him again, he came back again, and again, and again and again... After killing him 23 times and not dying once, not a single time, he just kept coming at me, he just wouldn't give up.

I even tried just leaving halfway through his... Whatever it was he was doing... Trying to make me run out of ammo, I guess? But he just ran me down again and kept going.

 

After a while he finally spawned up on a mountain and I saw my chance to leave. So I sent him a message about being tired about kicking his ass and left.

But he came after me again, but I had my horse and he only had his nag(I killed his horse) so I was easily able to get away.

 

And then his trashtalking started over Xbox Live. I don't know about anyone else, but if I had died 23 times and not gotten a single kill(Or even gotten close to getting a kill), I wouldn't be so eager to trash someone =P

 

Some people really need to learn when to give up and move on, and this was one of those people.

I said this would happen as soon as the are fed up of hunting and gottenn plenty of money they would get bored. Due the the money/dupe glitching its come sooner than expected. But as you say its the weeken and that draws the crowds out.

 

I shan't even think about booting up till Tuesday (Bank Hol here Monday)

here is something i want to complain about. i know that they wanted to make this game have a bunch of realistic elements. and some realism is fine. but a lot of it is so annoying. like how the horse will buck you off when you are near a dangerous animal. ok i get it the horse is scared. but it just abandoned me right next to the predator. and it makes me hate my horse. rockstar kept talking about wanting people to bond with their horse. but i dont care about some stupid horse that abandoned me.

I'll never understand why we don't spawn in our camps when we enter a session. I thought that'd be the point of them but no. I can't even tell you the last time I went to my camp because most of the time I can't even find it with how often Cripps moves the damn thing

Actually, I never left defensive stance while killing him.

I think it was because every time he turned blue(After about 3 kills), I just waited for him to attack me first, so I was only defending myself.

I never attacked first, so I was never the aggressor, therefor no hostility increase

If your in defense mode you only get 3 return kills before you go red and start getting offensive and he has to kill you first. If you have killed him 20 plus times and he never killed you, you will be bright red at the least with high hostility and moved from defense to Offense.

Just encountered someone who appeared to be in godmode, I couldn't lock on to him, couldn't even fire my gun while aiming at him or his horse, and I ofcourse I couldn't damage him.

I don't know if it was done on purpose but I decided to leave that session and find a way to rejoin, which I could, and when I did I was able to lock on to him and kill him.

 

So apparently it's now possible for a player to randomly be in godmode, and probably without their knowledge.

Very odd.

The "small" refers to the usage, not the size. They're for small game as a blunt point by putting a shotgun shell on the end of the shaft, instead of a regular arrowhead tip.

Had a not so awesome last session.

Found a cougar at the mountains near tall trees.

I sneaked (snuck? Lol) up on it slowly and realisticly like I prefer, when some douche ran up to it and shot it.

I killed him and took the cougar and ran off on horse with SB active.. then DC.

 

Either R* needs to up their sh*t servers or take the easier and very obvious road, and make the horse inventory persistent even though u disconnect or log out.

Just like our satchel inventory.

How hard can it be u worthless *****? 

 

A 3 weeks break from Playstation will do me good. Just make sure to fix your sh*t before I'm back R*

I couldn't stay connected for more than 30 seconds all weekend. Late in the Sunday night, the connection issues became less. On the ps4, there was a week of freeloading for people with no psn+.

 

The freebie has come to an end. I hope that this will resolve the connection issues. Rockstar should spend a fraction of the billions that they made on increased server bandwidth.
