I know exactly what you mean. Some females treat things like it's some sort of competition, or they have something to prove to everyone.

Just know that while they are competing or proving something you are having a much better time than them.

I find those types extremely predictable and boring, and just not worth my time.

I noticed that too.

What is ridiculous is when you get into a fight and their group comes like a bunch of drones defending their queen. My groups does the same thing so I know how it is but it is ridiculous when their friend is the one being the aggressor and they treat you like you are the guilty one.

I had an incident when this  female player kept shooting me when I was looting bodies at the bottom of a ladder where I was looting them. After the second parley ended and I was trying to leave she wouldn't stop sniping at my horse so I shot back and downed her and after a few minutes a whole group of 4 came straight for me because apparently I was trying to annoy their friend. I got called some colorful names in PM after I killed their whole group with the shotgun in an ally before switching lobbies. I think it was a streamer.

Another instance was this woman kept killing me near blackwater when I was trying to stack sturgeons. She didn't even take the wagon, just kept shooting me in the back and them went to go bother someone else . Again there was a whole group of them in a camp and in the bar and no one cared what was going on when she repeatedly shot me. After 3 parlay expires (yes I tried 3 times) I killed back only one time going to the butcher and 2 others got on their horses and came right for me and would not stop trying to kill me even though I rode halfway across the map..

So far, one of the coolest players I've met in RDO was a woman. Was defending me as I ran in my horse full of carcasses, plus one over my shoulder, from Stillwater to Blackwater. I was really lucky & didn't actually need it that day, but it was one of the nicer interactions I've had.

If you can get to level 60 (I'm assuming that you are 58) and buy the express explosive, and dynamite arrow pamphlets, that usually make them leave or think twice to keep fighting.

The 60 dollars you gave Rockstar really went into the single player portion of the game, not the online.

RDR2 not having an online component for a little over a month shows that RDR2 is a 60 dollar single player game, the gold bars are there to support the online component of the game.

 

Personally, you might not like it (I don't care for online either), but don't be shocked that a 60 dollar single player game essentially has an online supported by microtransactions.

I hope they lower the cost of killing other player's horses. $4 is too much. I'm spending like $40-$60 a day on this MINIMUM.

 

Between paying for dead horses Bounties from shooting people/places/things, I'm spending an easy $75 a day. Probably more.

 

It just makes that Daily Challenge/Story Mission grind that much harder!

That is not my experience at all. I'm never getting griefed by cowgirls, but alot of "coibois" try.

Not to step on anyones toes, but it might be because I'm from scandinavia, and therefore play with other scandinavians, and the women here are just LOVELY.

Never been attack by a female in the game yet from what I can tell except for a very ugly old lady with that terrible pigtail haircut lol but I think it was a guy but ya never know I guess. I do recall an Australian girl on Mic in GTAV mouthing off challenging everyone dressed with gas mask etc. lol just all out war after that.

Hmm interesting, I'd argue that its the opposite way round. I find its mostly males who're the aggressive ones in my experience. Every female, friend or random, I've come across has been peaceful (and I do play with quite a number of them). I'm yet to encounter any toxic female players, truthfully speaking.

duuuude. I recall a session where towards the end of it, I decided to clean most of my guns after all the peng-peng. my schofields, my shotgun, my rolling block/varmint/bolt action rifle - 6x gunoil!....well, just to login 8 hours or so later and find 4 of those guns dirty and used, again. yeah, fu R*! don't know if it was "intentional" due to the daily challenge of cleaning 3 guns, but I guess not since this happens semi-regularly

I would prefer they put another 0 on the end Killing a horse is just plain sick even in a game, Plus thats greifing of the highest order as you are stopping the person you have killed from escaping if they dont want to fight

Someone threw a fire bottle at me while on was on my horse. Picky took most of the damage and died, somehow I survived and was able to headshot the fecker from a good distance. 

 

I awarded Picky with a special horse meal and an apple for being such a trooper.

Wouldn't say reputation wise EA but damn close like Activision and Ubisoft. I'd say tied with Ubisoft's reputation levels off and on. I'd say they're going downhill still fast though they sure ruined their reputation quick, all those years of good single player can't make up for this out of touch online crap. TakeTwo and R* have demolished the trust. I think that suggestion box they made recently is a PR thing and how silent they've been. The others lie every day and send out fake care We Hear You statements but R* says almost nothing, business as usual.

Agreed. You kill the player, not the horse. I never, ever, target a horse intentionally.

Personally, if someone repeatedly kills horses, the price should double automatically. Once that peaks, their horses get taken away and the fecker has to walk everywhere or use that scrawny nag.

Agreed.  I try to revive the other persons horse.  I've even had some stop griefing me because of that.  Blows their mind.
