ArthurMorgan Posted July 13, 2021 Share Posted July 13, 2021 This site now runs like arse on any Safari browser - it's really slow, continually freezes and sometimes pages are just completely blank. I've tried loading different pages on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook, with my AdBlock turned on and off. It's the same across the board. What's being done about this? Spider-Vice Posted July 13, 2021 Share Posted July 13, 2021 We're STILL trying to figure out why this happens on some Apple setups but not others. Before we updated, we had people complaining and others saying it was good, now after this Invision update we have some saying it was fixed for them, and others such as yourself with issues. Our theme is mostly basic CSS changes and nothing else that could make anything slower. There is nothing obvious we can see, no errors, no slowdowns on Windows, Linux, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, but we suspect something to do with Invision's javascript parsing. It seems to be something unique to Safari and we can't see why yet, apologies! It doesn't help it's not widespread as we have staff members on Apple platforms without issues...
