how do i add cars in gta 4

so ive found a mod in gta inside which is bravado bison i love to try the mod i dont know how to add cars in gta 4 can someone help me?

Hello.

 

You have to download OpenIV or SparkIV to add game modification.

You can watch some simple youtube tutorials, on how to add mods such as cars ect.
