Pedestrian/npc glitch or bug

So I have an issue with gta 3. Whenever I run over a pedestrian and they die, the body causes my car to come to a complete stop and spin out as though I'm stuck on a solid object, I cant move. 

I also cant sprint through the bodies. It's as though they have an invisible wall around them. If a ped dies in the street, the other vehicles cant drive over the body either, it causes the car to glitch out and flip.

Picking up a prostitute does a similar thing. They cause the car to become so weighted that it cant move, and the woman falls through the floor of the car and Into the map. 

Can anyone please help me with this? I literally cant run any pedestrians over while driving if they go under the car and die
