VCS vehicle styling felt like a downgrade to me since it basically became a copypasta of SA style (oh god I hate that ugly ass 2D steering wheel so much), just with a slight blue hue on the windows. PS: GTA III vehicle styling, with its gradients and gray hues, is a perfect match for the gritty LC's atmosphere.
