Gta online and ps4 help!!

So originally I had a social club account which I used to play on for pc until I got a ps4 and wanted to transfer my pc account to ps4. So I read somewhere that you can just link ur ps4 id to ur social club account so I did that and I was thinking that maybe when I log on ps4 I will see my old account but I was still logged into the new account I had to make for gta v online. Please help!!

I'm not a console player, so I might be completely wrong, but I'm pretty sure we can't help with this. GTA isn't crossplay and I don't think transferring from PC to a console has ever been an option.

Correct. 

 

Transfer from console (PS3 / XB360) to PC was the only exception back in the day. 
PS4 / XB1 to PC, or PC to console has never been offered.

This isn't correct - I have a friend who transferred his data once to PS4 from the PS3 and then once again to the PC version from the PS4. You definitely can't go from the PC to anything else though.

You could only ever transfer once per platform and it stopped with PC as that was seen as the "best platform". I was considering doing it just so I had an account on PlayStation but I wasn't using my time too well back then anyway.
