Need help adding more gangs and territory - Triads Spawning in Las Venturas instead of Mafia

 I am attempting to add more gang turf to GTA SA using the ExtendedGangWars mod and another mod that changes parts of the pedgrp.dat, cargrp.dat, ped.ide assigns turf/guns with a cleo script. Its basically restores the cut gangs 9 and 10 (Russian mafia and biker gang) anyway I was able to copy/paste parts of the script to add more territory in this case I assigned turf in Las Venturas to gang 6 (Italian mafia) however the issue is instead of Mafia members spawning, it will spawn the triads for some reason. I have attached screenshots of the pedgrp.dat,cargrp.dat, ped.ide, ExGangWars.ini and an image of the cleo script.  Now i'm by means an expert at this stuff it might be a simple fix but I cant figure it out.

Gang IDs can be a bit confusing. Gang 1, Ballas, in pedgrp.dat is gang0 in SCM.    Gang0     Ballas Gang1     Grove Street Families Gang2     Los Santos Vagos Gang3     San Fierro Rifa Gang4     Da Nang Boys Gang5     Mafia Gang6     Mountain Cloud Triad Gang7     Varrio Los Aztecas Gang8     (unused) Gang9     (unused)
