GTA SA Downgrader 1.4.0. Offline Error code CLR20r3

I have my Game path correctly put in, I dont have any mods already installed, I just put in the GTA folder for scanning, clicked downgrade and it gives me this error, at wich point the Downgrader stops respoding. I posted this as a seperate thread as I doubt ANYONE would see the replies on the GTA SA Downgrader page.

 

I dont have Cleo or SAMP installed or any patches/mods.
