Good day to you all. hope your all safe in these time.

 

would someone pls help me with this annoying bug

 

My gta sa isnt lagging but its almost as if its slow mo and its irritating the crap out of me 

 

if anyone is willing to help me that would be awesome

Have you tried turning off the frame limiter?
