Is there a way to get a infinite loading screen in gta 4?

Hi i was wondering if i can get a ininite loading screen in GTA 4. I saw that some people had this as an issue but i only found fixes. Is it possible to force it being inifinite?

I want to do this on PC. 

And don't ask why i want to do this 😅
