If it is linked to your account then the items in the CESP will be listed as 'free' on the in-game websites for you to simply buy for $0.

Obviously this applies to GTA:O not GTA V.

You can buy it from third party websites (i dont know if i am allowed to post it, if i am not i am sorry and i will never do it again ) like eneba.com. then you will get a special code you can insert to your social club.

I agree with SummerFreeze don't bother, the properties you get are bad location wise, the vehicles are pretty meh in my opinion and as mentioned above a few runs on Cayo heist will pay for all of the stuff that you get in the pack.
