GTA SA keeps crashing in loading screens when using CLEO

I don't know why is my game crashing when I use CLEO in modding. I tried to remove some mods Didn't work, I tried to remove all the mods in CLEO's folder Didn't work either, and I tried reinstall CLEO from the beginning, and IT'S STILL DIDN'T WORK. The  ModLoader works fine, but I don't know whats the causes of crashing in the use of CLEO. The game works fine without CLEO if I moved the CLEO.asi into somewhere else. I'm kinda stuck with the ModLoader and not CLEO. i wish that the game could function when I use both rather than one.
