GTA SA for the PC questions

Hi fellas, new guy to the forums here, and especially a newbie when it comes to SA on the PC. I'd like to start off by saying that I played SA mostly on the console, first on my PS2 when I was a kid and then on my PS4 to this day during college. Unfortunately, my PS4's hardware got f*cked, meaning I have no other way to entertain myself other than playing low spec games on my potato laptop. I will not be looking into repairs for my PS4, nor am I getting a PS5 (seriously what a fall from grace), but I've been saving up to buy a separate gaming PC so I won't stress out my potato laptop that much. I bought the steam version of SA, which from Vadim M's and other people's posts from this forum that I've seen from lurking around, is actually the worst version of SA. Which brings me here. I'd like to implore you guys for some help, if you'd be so kind to take some time of your day to answer a few of my questions that I have:

1. Is there a way to make the version better? I've seen vadim's video of downgrading it, but apparently that video is now outdated and the downgrader is for cracked versions of SA from what I heard?
2. I've noticed there being a patch for the game called the 'Silent Patch', but is it really required to have the Cleo mod or the Asi Loader?
3. I'd like to come forward and admit I'm computer illiterate, and sometimes messing with files for any video game that I've installed to get it up and running makes me nervous b/c I fear I will f*ck something up or make my PC crash. Stuff like DOOM or any Emulator for NES or SNES is no problem for me, but this is my first time ever trying to actually fix a port of a video game like SA to make it better. Is there any links to threads of these forums that'll clue in beginners like in a step-by-step fashion so I wouldn't fear of making a grievous mistake?

I'm not expert of some files mods but 

 

1) If you bought from the steam you will have problems especially with graphics so one way or another you are going to have to downgrade your game.. https://gtaforums.com/topic/927016-san-andreas-downgrader/

2) "Silent Patch" is really needed to play it properly and efficiently and if you look at his website you can easily install it by following his instructions.. https://cookieplmonster.github.io/mods/gta-sa/

3) I didn't understand.. Why do you need emulator or some stuff? Just install the game, downgrade it, and install "Silent Patch"   I don't know if it works for PS versions but there is a mod called RAINBOMIZER for PC and it is really good/funny mod and easy to install.. Talking about MODS most of them may require file change so it may ruin your game.. be careful if you have to mod/change your game file like "main.scm" https://rainbomizer.com/#/SA/Install

4) I forgot to tell you about widescreen problem.. If you encounter widescreen problems you have to download "Widescreen Fix" from here.. https://thirteenag.github.io/wfp#gtasa
