Anyone who doesn't do L2 security passes are just idiots, don't waste your time playing those Casino Heists to someone who doesn't do the L2 security passes so as soon as you get the hack, quit out ASAP. As someone who speedruns heists including the Act 3 Finale, I personally love doing those beam hacks because I want to get it done ASAP so my team can have a very good time.

 

It's been ages since I've last participated in those elimination games.

I have fond memories of grinding the Sightseer VIP mission in my early days to be able to afford the Buzzard. Those two hack minigames will always have a fond place in my heart. The keypad hack on the other hand can just f*ck right off.

Setting up the kill on Keypad hack. Data Crack - it's basically a reskinned Password hack, almost identical, having to click when a target hits the middle of the screen. Just with less good graphics.

 

Fun fact I noticed making the video for these. 1. and 2. were first used in the Bureau Raid Heist in Single Player. If you look at it frame by frame in an editor these hacks still have the FIB logo behind them on the desktop, even when it's a computer used by another organisation like El Rubio's. Lazy R*!

As a someone who speedruns  Cayo Perico, those El Rubio Fingerprint hacks have screwed me over getting a good time. With the Casino fingerprint hack, I'm addicted to doing it so I get it done in less than 12 seconds on console.

Cool game! Cheers @Jimbatron, and @Amy Vinewood of course.

 

I generally love these aspects to GTA and enjoy them more when they're more tricky or add pressure to a job. The Doomsday Act 3 finale heist has probably given me the better rush knowing just how spicy it can get in there with so many clones popping up, especially when on a 2 player CMM run. Good fun.

 

I gave minus points to El Rubio's fingerprint one for now as I found it far too easy, lol. It's handy for nipping through there and great for those less keen on these problem solving lil' puzzles, but I enjoyed learning the more tricky ones or being put under a bit more pressure on these. :)

My experience is the opposite. The thing is I can take care of thee El Rubio's hack myself. But as for the Casino, a lot of my friends, whilst competent, aren't practiced at hacking. And Newbies can't do it in decent time. I can't unlock all the vault doors myself in time. Quite often this means the hack is a bit of a thorn doing a full take for Gold or Diamonds.

 

Server Hack isn't the worst left, but the most overrated on current score.

I've got to give the circuit breaker a knock this round, partly for the amount of times I've been sat outside that Fleeca bank and someone just can't do it. How people fail the earlier sampler in Lester's car is just the icing on the cake, lol. And partly because it's a doddle, but as I had plenty of fun with that Snake game on my old Nokia, just came natural. :)

This game could drag on for weeks due to lack of interest. There's not much to get passionate about, unfortunately.

 

Actually, El Rubio's Fingerprint hack is really good and can be approached in multiple ways, either by visually trying to match the pattern or by starting from the top/bottom and working your way down/up. Not sure what it's getting down-voted at this stage (do I ever).
