How I can change the Weather in GTA 5 Online?

Hi guys, for almost 2 days I'm trying to change the weather in GTA 5 Online watching Youtube tutorials but nothing, It doesn't work. I don't like a night in GTA, I want to always be the day.

 

Is this possible, any help?

You cant change the weather or time. Only thing you can do is change the lobby, if you are lucky you get in one with daytime.

To my experience, if you stay in a lobby without doing activities and just cruise around, it starts to rain.

GTA needs that update, I believe that most players want to have control of the weather and can do nothing about that. It's a shame for GTA.  I try to use Creator, to create a race with the weather I choose, and it seems to work on guys who make the videos, but when I follow these steps, nothing happens.

Yes but, after several minutes, the weather starts to change.

You can only change the weather or time of day in jobs, races, adversary modes and things like that from the lobby set up screen (If you are the host).                                                                                                                                                                          Most jobs etc have this option when you set up everything and invite people.

You can not change the time or weather in freemode, Because if you could you would be changing it for everyone, and that would not work.

That is why it is called dynamic weather.

There were and might still be both freeze time and choose weather GTA online glitches but you won't find them on this site.
