Earthbound
I need to know! It's been bugging me for sometime now. Is it as easy to fly a helicopter and/or ride a bike as it is on the PS2 platform of VC. VC:PC hasn't been released here in Aus. yet. DAMN! TiTaN_KGB
If ya get yer controls right its easy. I use: In car: a - acceleration ; z - breaking ; left arrow - left; right arrow - right, numpad 4/6 look left right, up arrow to bail, down arrow - dunno Bike: a,z,left arrow, right arrow - driving. Up arrow: weight back, down arrow, weight front Plane: a - faster engine revs, z slower engine revs, left right arrows for turning left right, up down arrows for front back control. Earthbound
You use the smae controls as I do except I use [,] to steer left and [.] to steer right. Thanks. I'll take that into consideration. It is a real load off.
zenfox
well no, couse the playstation has analoge controllers and press senstive keys, so while flying a chopper you cant tilt it a little bit forwards so it goes faster, and keep it at that way on the pc u need to tap the keys to get it moving foward, what looks gay, and its slower
Kurgen
"on the pc u need to tap the keys to get it moving foward, what looks gay, and its slower" ...unless you engage your brain for a second and realise that the PC can use many different types of analog controller, i.e. joysticks, joypads etc. BTW - WTF does "looking gay" have to do with anything? Grow up. K.
RaveX
i find the heli's a real b*tch to control.. I liked the ps2 ones better.. i find the water plane easy though..
MrRalphMan
Just use a PSX Analog controller and it's as smooth as playing on the PS2, but with better graphics.

K. well, thats nice that there are controllers, only problem is you have to got one, now dont you? and if you dont have one.. well you use your keyboard.. thats right! and it looks dumb while your flying your chopper and it goes up and down al the time and thats my personal opinion, wich has nothing to do with my age
kabbage
zenfox go away and come back with a brain. It sucks on the PC because you have to use the keyboard? No you don't, get a controller you bum, what serious gamer doesn't have at least one gamepad or joystick anyway? If you don't have a controller then yes it sucks. Of course, if you didn't have a controller for the PS2 it would suck really bad then wouldn't it? Sorry, I just can't stand utter stupidity and retarded arguments, especially since you said no as if it was fact when it only applies to the few dumbasses that play games like GTA3 and Vice City on the keyboard. kabbage
I don't think there is a helicopter that goes on water. There is a plane though, and it's cool. I just wish you could use your jetty like a garage, meaning a boat or plane left there stays there.

Maxy
No bum lacks a controller. Gamepads are there if you're a former console gamer or you lack the digits to remember your own controls laid out on an almost 2 foot by 6-inch mass of possible keys.
