Money lost in "Transaction pending"

Hello

I was trying to do a hiest and after found enough players and launch, system stuck in "Transaction pending" loading.

I could do nothing and had to kill the game by task manager.

Now I see I have lost 600,000 money.

 

How to report this and get my money back?

Type in google "rockstar gta ticket"

Open first link.

Follow the steps and explain your issue.

Answer shall come in 24h
