How to extract GTA V camera pose i.e. x,y,x and rotation to a file while playing

HI guys. I would like to stream the GTA V camera pose i.e the location in x,y,z and the rotation to a file or just stream it to an IP address continuously while playing but when i tried through the code G2D. https://github.com/dadung/G2D.  the game froze as soon as the code started executing. Can someone help me to achieve this. Many thanks. PS. i am doing this offline and would like to use the camera pose for some other task.
