What are the biggest and most notable map expansion mods?

1. Not mods that add buildings into the pre-existing map

2. Not ones that attach other GTAverse cities in(including Carcer and Bullworth)

 

I'm talking mods that expand the area of the map itself with new stuff attached to it. The only one I can think of is the Upstate Liberty mod for GTA 3

(Edit: There appear to be a handful of Gator Keys mods too. That's kinda cool, but similar to Upstate Liberty that's building on alluded to/cut content)

The most map extentions are placed in the south of St.Maria Beach

Also these 3 must have racetracks:

F1 Shanghai International Circuit

Mt.Akina

Laguna Seca Raceway

 

the 4th racetrack is also placed in the south of St.Maria Beach, but in the height of 1000.0 units

Nascar Texas Super Speedway

 

 

And then there's this beautiful Tropic Island (one of thausends of tropic islands map mods) (tropicheskiy-ostrov)

It doesn't add new map parts, it just uses existing landscapes, so just an ipl mod

But it comes with enhanced vegetation models for replacing existing ones

It's also placed in the south of St.Maria Beach
