So what, the Sh'riff want ta hang this dude, by 5 PM or else forget about it we'll hang him next offense! It is conceivable the bounty has a time limit or gets canceled. Things cool down I guess maybe. Hell the fugitive might get cleared in court. I don't think it is an attempt to simulate that though it is just some poorly design bug. The timer to catch the bounty target valid but if the timer to turn them in was ticking from the get go invisibly that it is no fair to the player we catch it and then aw hell only a minute left About collecting though, really tie this thread together. You collector types just have a bounty on a non person is all. So I hear, you even get your own "gang bounty" for a "full set", am I right? I have about 117 sets and I'm holding them until the Outlaw Pass drops so I can finish it off quickly. It's kind of a pain though because I can't grab collectibles to finish off certain dailies (because I already have the max amount of collectibles). Hell, certain collector maps won't even open because there is nothing for me to pick up. It will be worth it for me once the OP drops though.
