Can you tell me the ways and tips to make GTA 3 gameplay more immersive and get maximum experience and feelings from this game?

You can try to follow traffic laws in the game like stopping at red lights and such. That slower pace might make you feel more "in" the city.

If you haven't seen them already, you'd also be surprised at how many little extras are scattered around. Bedford Point has a functional digital clock and temperature gauge, for example.

Complete the game multiple times/to 100%, watch all cutscenes in their entirety, listen to every radio station even if it isn't your preferred genre of music, spend time exploring on foot, and most of all try not to compare it to newer GTA games.

Fill up your soundtrack with songs from 1999-2001.

Overall if I'm ever playing GTA, I always choose my custom playlist carefully. I want the tracks to blend in with the game, so to say.

Since GTA 3's radio stations are a loop of a single audio file, I replace them with the alternate playlist videos on YouTube. Head Radio feels a lot better when it's playing real music from the era, with Michael Hunt still yammering on.

I used to do this. I would create custom radios with audacity and replace the default ones.

I walk a lot. It's actually quite amazing how realistic the game feels if you do that.

Sound of approaching train, sound of water, pedestrians listening to the music, steam rising from the manholes and air extractor fans - you appreciate it so much more if you walk around more.
