Highway/Road Sign Bug Fix

Does anyone have a mod or a fix for the highway/road signs? I noticed that some of the signs are blank upon closer inspection the words are literally inside the sign. Basically on the front and backside of the signs there are no words but if you towards the middle you can see what words and arrows were supposed to be on the sign
