Respect system, money to progress between islands, three gangs per island with a set of hardening missions. (Leone, Diablo OR Forelli, and Triad on Portland, Yazuka, Yardie, and Cartel on Staunton, Cartel, Purple Nine, Red Jack on Shoreside)
