OpenIV Won't let me import & replace files!

As the title says I am unable to import texture files to the texture dictionary like I used to on GTA 5, currently I am modding RDR2 but I don't see that as a reason why did wouldn't work.

I am in edit mode yet the edit button when i right click is greyed out and there is no longer an import button like I remember.

Doesn't matter if I right click the .ytd files or open it, it still only let's me export files..

 

Any help is appreciated!
