GTA 5 Car Mods Installed, Wont Spawn

I'm new to the GTA V modding and I started doing vehicle mods and it won't spawn. I was thinking I was doing something wrong so I uninstalled GTA V and OpenIV. After I did that the car mods still wont work. I will paste the steps I followed below.

Installation (Add-On):
1. Drop the "s63w222" folder to: Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Extract "dlclist.xml" from update\update.rpf\common\data\
3. Use notepad to open it, add the new line:

dlcpacks:\s63w222\

4. Save and replace it in OpenIV
5: Extract "extratitleupdatedata.meta" from update\update.rpf\common\data\
6: Use notepad to open it, and add:

            <deviceName>dlc_s63w222:/</deviceName>
            update:/dlc_patch/s63w222/

7. Save and replace it in OpenIV
8. Use Menyoo or Simple Trainer and spawn it by name: s63w222

After following these steps I loaded into GTA and tried spawning the vehicle in with the spawn name using Menyoo and it registered it as Invalid Model.
Can anyone help me out with this?

First of all you should not install mods directly into your GTA5 installation folder. Instead, you create a mods subfolder in your installation folder, that's where all the magic takes place.

Also, you almost never need to uninstall and reinstall GTA5, it is rarely the cause of any problems and has nothing to do with your mod problem. If the game doesn't run properly without mods then you first do a verify integrity.

Next, you never need to extract files from OpenIV when doing a mod installation, instead you use edit mode to copy, delete, or edit text files.

Don't bother with extraupdatetitle, leave that step out.

Once you have your mods subfolder, put your addon folder which contains dlc.rpf and nothing else there.

Then in edit mode edit dlclist.xml exactly as per mod instructions.

Finally make sure the spawn name is correct, it can be different from the mod's folder name.

Lastly make sure you have necessary loader files from OpenIV in your installation folder.

Important: a car addon might have many folders before you get to the one with dlc.rpf, you only want that one in your mods folder.

This is an excellent guide
