Installation feature: add the exe to the registry

Add an entry for openiv.exe to this registry key: 

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\

 

Anybody who sets up mods by command line will appreciate it. It enables the command line "start openiv" or start, run, openiv. Without that registry key both of these commands fail.
