We do know a few, but most of the voice actors on IMDB only show that they voice a ped, not the specific ped however. For example, who is the voice actor for the Benny pedestrian? So much so I thought it might have been a ghost credit. I'm probably wrong. Oooh, worth mentioning: Benjamin Davis (VA of Dutch van der Linde) voiced some lines for the LSPD officers.
