GTA IV MODS

Hi guys, need an help with gta iv's mods. I start to implement vehicles mods and then traffic bug come out, then i insert 1586528937_Realistic Traffic and Pedestrian Mod for GTAIV EFLC and The Complete Edition.zip and it works but not at all, some areas of the map are still in bug (only cabs driving around) and in other areas the game spawns only 2-3 types of vehicles. 

I've tried to implement even the gang mod called Potential Grim (GTA IV).7z, after i've downloaded latest versions of Scripthook, ASI Loader from there 1614788383_GTA IV Complete Edition ASI Loader plus ScriptHook.zip  but it doesnt works, readme says to only copy the folder into the gtaIV folder but nothing changes in game.

If someone can even tell me how install graphics mod i will really appreciate that.
