If you are having problems starting VC...

Well I've played VC for like about 10 tens..but then I restart and it doesn't load up.  It just sits there on my desktop.  So then I thought of something I did in GTA3.  I went to My Documents, and then to the GTA Vice City User Files folder.  Inside there is a gta_vc.set file.  Delete that file (Don't Worry it gets made again when you play VC).

 

And now I'm able to play VC.  So if any of you guys that are having trouble starting VC...and it has started before, try that.
