So I went into the jewelry store pointed the m60 at the clerks face and all he did was duck and pull the alarm.  I got no money and a bunch of cops were waiting outside for me.  What am I forgeting to do?  I want to go on a robbery spree but cant figure out how.  Please help.

u have to use auto aim

press R1 with a auto aim weapon,

probly best with shotgun or colt python

gta phil gta

pink marker? if u mean in the pizza place, all that does is gives u health.

u just use autoaim, like said above, and after a few seconds money will appear on the desk. once no more money appears, let go or shoot him, then the alarm will go off

1) in order to have a store counted as being knocked off u only need to collect one bundle of cash from the clerk. the maximum number of bundles of cash u can get is 4, but only 1 is needed for it to count as a robbery.

2) to stop the alarm from going off, make sure u are holding up the store with a one hit kill gun (i.e colt python, spaz shotgun) and shoot the clerk BEFORE you let go of R1. if u let go of R1 then attempt to re-target he will have a chance to hit the alarm.

3) u will get 1 star for every *2* bundles of cash collected. therefore, if u only collect one, u shouldnt get a star. however, if u have committed other crimes recently or if a cop sees u holding up the store, u may get a star. I robbed all 15 stores without getting any stars. if u are robbing stores in order to get cash (which is stupid imo as there are many more effective ways of getting money, and u dont even get that much this way) then u will have to deal with getting a wanted level.

How do you knock off stores on the PC version?

There isnt an auto aim button, there is a target button which is delete or the right mouse button but this doesnt do the same as the ps2 version.

Equip an uzi/assault rifle and aim at them.  Just walk in and point the reticule at them and cash will start popping out.  I actually robbed one store on accident when I first got the game, I was just looking around...
