What are Manny and Little Jacob saying? English isn't my first language, but they aren't making any sense.

What does Little Jacob mean half the time? What does aye'in'aye and babylon boderation mean?

 

Also with Manny in Street Sweeper, Manny says the dealers owe him money or something, but Niko has never met the dealers, so that makes no sense (1:38): 

 

 Any native speakers want to help me out?

Manny speaks in "regular" American English but he just babbles on about being from the streets a lot. I think in that case he's just talking sh*t, he wants the dealers gone so he tries to hype it up as if they're disrespecting the neighbourhood and by extension Niko/everyone. But really he just wants Niko to get rid of them for him. Niko doesn't buy it, he only gets rid of them because Manny will pay him for it.

 

Jacob speaks in a Jamaican dialect of English so he can be difficult to understand. All you can really do is google any words or phrases he uses that you don't know. "I and I" means you and I/we/us, so he's referring to himself and Niko. "Babylon" in that context means the cops/authorities and "boderation" means bother, so he's talking about being bothered by the cops.

The one thing that gets me about Manny is when he says something along the lines of breaking some omelettes to make some eggs.
 

Shouldn’t it be the other way around? lol. I’m not sure whether that was intentional or just a mistake that was left in, but either way it sounds strange when he says it.

I remember talking to a greek guy on steam about GTA 4 and he told me for some reason he could understand everything little jacob said.

That always made me laugh. I think it was intentional, typical Manny trying to sound wise and failing.
