GTA San Andreas bus minigame

According to https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Coach the bus minigame in GTA Vice City is also in GTA San Andreas, and somehow, I never knew about this. I did a little bit of investigating, and it seems like some peds will come in the Coach if you are at a bus stop, but there is nothing to indicate there is a minigame. I'm confused.
