Glitch?

Is it possible that the game glitched and skipped some missions? Because I remember the mission where Niko is introduced to Johnny then Dwayne appears on the map out of no where. Next thing you know is all playboy missions are done. Did i lose my memory? Or reloaded the wrong save? I checked out and it seems I didn’t reload the wrong save.
