As for installing... read the manual If you have any trouble go to nividia.com and download the latest drivers to clear up any glitches(this is bound to happen). TiTaN_KGB Posted May 18, 2003 Share Posted May 18, 2003 You should have bought a Ti. Ok, open up your case, and lookfor the old graphics card. It should be in the AGP slot, a red only slot on the motherboard. Carefully pull teh old card out, unscrweing the screw on the side. Put the new one in, and screw the side screw. Dont close pc case yet. Boot computer, and windows should detect a new card. Goto nvidia.com and downlaod the latest detonator drivers for your operating system. Just install those and you are done. If its nvidia->nvidia change it run ok, but if its an old card, i suggest reformatting and starting a fresh os with your new card. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~Neon~ Posted May 18, 2003 Author Share Posted May 18, 2003 O.k. people, I cant afford a ti and thanx TiTaN_KGB but i already prity much new that. but in my manul it says: "befor you install the new card to set your display to standard VGA driver and uninstall the prevoius display driver"how do i do this?
