Yo

If I play Messing with the man from bikers gang, I can't get the chaosmeter get full. How do I do this? i've tried to shoot cars and people. But I only get 3/4 of the meter full.

Help me!

Right, the best way around this it to get a car behind the greasy chopper..get a lot of ammo in a fast gun..i.e. M16 - then just shoot the car..let it blow up - but still shoot it. The Chaos meter will continue to rise until the mission is complete.

Umm, have you never played VC Purple9? There's no M16 in the game :sarcasm:

Well the best mentioned was up there ^^^

But there are other ways, its quite easy to complete with a tank or hunter also

Oh man..lmao.. I meant the M4... the M16 is a sub machine gun though, right? Ah well.. you know where I was coming from! :D A rapid-fire gun will do anyway..

I find it amusing that they have a gun that didn't exist yet they got the forks right (given the year) on dirt bikes.  Funny that they should be accurate on one that seems like such a smaller detail.

If they got all the details right they wouldn't have left us anything to complain about :).

I suppose it's possible the person who did the bike simply did it that way without realizing it, maybe I'm giving them too much credit.  I kind of doubt it though, if they modeled it after anything they've seen in the last 12-13 years they'd have it different.  I still give them kudos, the minor details are always the nicest to see.

[EDIT]

Oh and as for the mission, near as I can tell blowing up vehicles is good and killing people is a waste of time.  But since Vice City has so little traffic in the first place, and as soon as you start doing anything it becomes a damn ghost town the only trouble is FINDING cars to blow up in this busy urban metropolis WITH NO CARS.  I had some luck with getting a traffic jam formed, though at one point I turned my back for two seconds not two feet away and when I turned around half the cars were gone.  Pain in the ass.

Before you start the mission, steal a few cars and line them up in the street to shoot at.  Once you start, go to the end of the row of buildings the Greasy Chopper is located in.  There will be a stone archway.  Here you will find some armor you may need later.

Blowing up your parked stolen cars will bring the cops running.  Now blow up the cop cars.  Once the helicopter appears, you can really rack up the chaos.  Duck out of the archway and rattle it with machine gun fire.  If the helicopter starts to shoot you too much, just duck back into the archway where it can't hit you.  Even if you don't blow up the helicopter, the chaos meter will go up every time you hit it.  With this method, I beat the mission with plenty of time and energy to spare.

As to 80's details, IMDB goof list says: Tommy uses a cell phone throughout this game. Cell phones, or at least phones of the size Tommy uses, were not available in 1986, when this game takes place.

As to the mission, climb up on the roof where the skumhole shack savepoint is, then settle yourself so you can see the long main roads and start causing mayhem with your favourite heavy gun.

That method takes longer than the method most used...the one where you take a car round the back of the Greasy Chopper and just annihilate it until you fill the Chaos-meter...

By doing your method...it'll take muich longer as cars don't always come past as often as you'd like..plus, as soon as you start blowing loads of cars up..the cops come - and the Helis will shoot aswell as the normal Cops - which will delay you. You have more chance of failing the mission than passing it.

Keep to the quickest and safest method...IMO! :)

Here's what I did...

Go to an ammunation and buy a gun with a scope on it (perferably NOT a sniper)

Then get a helicopter and park it on the street infront of the Greasy Chopper.

Start the mission, get in the heli, get on the roof across the Greasy Chopper.

Whip out your gun, crouch if you want, use the scope.

Shoot a couple people.  Make sure you blow up the 2 bikes outside the gang's building (easy points).

When the Police heli arrives, just aim at it, and shoot it until you win the mission.

NOTE:

I had a total of about 350 to 400 ammo when I did the mission.

I had some trouble with this mission too, but my probs was to understand what to do

Bigass mitch told me to get on a hog and cause som trouble so i got on a hog and nothing ever happened, stupid bit mitch

Here´s how to do it easily:

First you need a whole lot of ammo.

Then go get the bodyarmour on the back of mitch´s house.

Now start the mission and run right over the street and up the stairs (I.E. up here you can also find a nice little shack to buy) stand on the ledge and start shooting at everything that pops up especially the police. Then when the V.C.P.D chopper arrives concentrate your fire on this and fire on it till the mission ends

Damn, I wish I had read this post before I did that mission.

What I did was before I started the mission, I went to the police station and got the cop uniform, then I went all the way to Fort Baxter and stole a Barracks OL. As you know, the Barracks OL is one of the heaviest vehicles in the game, so it will knock anything out of the way. I went back to the Greasy Choppers in my newly acquired Barracks OL, parked it just behind the building, and went to start the mission. After the cutscene had played, I ran back to the Barracks, got in and started driving on the sidewalk, running over everybody I saw. I kept doing that until I got 4 stars, I kept ramming police cars and Enforcers out of the way. When there was about 30 seconds left, and the meter just over 3/4 full, a dumb cop threw a spike strip out in front of me. Busted all my tires out. I kept going though. With about 15 seconds left and the meter just about there, my Barracks OL caught on fire. I quickly hopped out and got in the closest car I could find, a Manana... I paused the game and prayed, "Oh Manana of triumph..GUIDE ME THROUGH TO VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!" I unpaused the game and started frantically running over every person I saw, with about 8 seconds left and about 4 dead people from a full meter, I ran over a spike strip. I was like sh*t ITS ALL OVER!!  But just then a cop nudged me in the rear and put me into a slide, with 2 seconds left I slid right into a 6 person group of Haitian gang members, killing them all and passing the mission....

Dammit I did it the hard way....
